Welcome to GoSayHi. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. About GoSayHi

GoSayHi is an AI-powered dating and social confidence coaching app. It provides conversational coaching through artificial intelligence and is not a substitute for professional therapy, counselling, or medical advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use GoSayHi. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account

You may sign in using Apple Sign-In or email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

4. Credits and Subscriptions

• GoSayHi offers 3 free conversations upon signup.
• Additional conversations can be purchased as credit packs (one-time, non-expiring) or through auto-renewable subscriptions.
• Monthly subscription: 10 conversations per month, billed monthly. Credits reset each billing cycle. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
• Annual subscription: 10 conversations per month, billed annually. Credits reset each month.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Credit pack purchases are consumable and non-refundable once used.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use GoSayHi for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the AI coaching system
• Share your account with others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the AI models or coaching frameworks

6. AI Coaching Disclaimer

GoSayHi provides AI-generated coaching advice for informational and educational purposes only. The advice provided is not professional counselling, therapy, or medical advice. You should not rely solely on GoSayHi for important personal decisions. We are not liable for any actions you take based on coaching provided by the app.

7. Privacy

Your use of GoSayHi is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your conversations are stored securely to provide persistent coaching memory.

8. Intellectual Property

GoSayHi, its content, features, and functionality are owned by ByteLogic Ltd and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

GoSayHi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
